Physical testing of eVTOL components was expensive and time-consuming. The client needed a virtual testing environment for rapid design iteration without building physical prototypes.

We built a digital twin simulation platform for eVTOL vehicle systems. The platform provides physics-based modeling of electrical, mechanical, and aerodynamic subsystems with real-time visualization and parameter sweeping. It integrates with hardware-in-the-loop testing rigs for validation against physical systems.
